Why Launch feels different
Clear enough to know where we’re going. Flexible enough to fit the guy.
Structured
There is a clear roadmap instead of wondering what we are going to talk about every week.
Practical
Every session connects to something he can understand, practice, and actually use outside counseling.
Built for teen guys
The language, pace, expectations, and examples are designed for this stage of development.
Parent partnership
You gain meaningful insight into the process without sitting in the counseling room with him.
For parents
Gain insight.
Respond intentionally.
Guide him with confidence.
What looks like laziness may be fear of failing. What looks like attitude may be pressure, insecurity, embarrassment, or not knowing how to say what is actually going on.
Launch keeps parents meaningfully involved so you can better understand what he is working on, know how to reinforce it at home, and support increasing independence without disappearing from the process.

About Keegan
I actually like working with middle schoolers. And high schoolers too.
I’ve spent more than a decade working with teenagers in counseling, ministry, classrooms, sports, and leadership settings. Krell Counseling is built around the years I know best and genuinely enjoy working with.
My approach is structured, practical, relationship-driven, and designed to give guys a place where they can be honest, build real skills, and work on what is getting in the way without every session feeling like a vague conversation about feelings.
